    Cranberry orange cake

    I’ve never tried fresh cranberries before. Here in London, they were in every superstore during Christmas and one day I finally decided to buy some. I didn’t know what to expect and I was quite disappointed when I tasted one and it was so bitter. That was when I remembered seeing a recipe in Laura in the kitchen for cranberry orange muffins. Well, I don’t have a muffin tin so I decided to bake the batter in a square cake pan.
